Basic programming course Omnicore (PRB7)
Participants
The course is intended for programmers, system supervisors, project managers, planners, developers and technical maintenance personnel.
Course objective
After active participation, the participant is able to carry out operating functions independently (content of the BE5 course). They can independently enter, test and optimize simple programs according to specifications. They can rectify and localize various faults. This course teaches the basics of robot programming. Production-related training is not possible within the time frame of the course. This training takes place in separate courses.
Previous knowledge
No special prior knowledge required. However, a certain technical understanding is required. Also knowledge of the individual production steps and the special production process. Recommended: Basic knowledge of one of the 'Windows' controlled user interfaces
Course content
- Safety aspects when handling the robot
- Explanation of the structure and mode of operation of the robot system
- Starting and switching off the system
- Dialog guidance with the help of "windows"
- Movement of the manipulator and description of the aids offered by the system to make this easier and safer
- Creating simple movement programs
- Programming of calculated positions
- Selecting, starting and stopping a program
- Defining your own coordinate systems (tools, work objects)
- System structure of memory allocation
- Creating queries and loops (program sequence control)
- Manage inputs and outputs (system parameters)
- Checking and setting input and output signals in the I/O window
- Working in the production window during automatic operation
- Loading and saving programs, modules and system parameters (data backup)
- Explanation of system error messages
- Realization of handling tasks
- Software tool: RobotStudioOnline
- Updating the revolution counter
