Compact Track 1 | Summer-Winter 2026 | Fundamentals 1 + CLIMB™ Masterclass (EN)

Compact Track 1 – Data-driven analysis. Evidence-based shaping of behavioural dynamics.

Compact Track 1 combines Predictive Behavioural Analytics with the CLIMB™ Masterclass to form a focused learning pathway that unites analytical precision with strategic application. It is designed for professionals and leaders who aim to understand, anticipate and shape behavioural dynamics in organisational change on the basis of data-derived insights.

The pathway equips participants to recognise behavioural patterns in organisations systematically and to translate them into structured decision logics. Participants learn to use predictive models to quantify and interpret human dynamics in change processes and to develop strategies that maintain energy, focus and acceptance throughout transformation.

  • Fundamentals 1 provides the methodological foundation for exploratory behavioural analytics, predictive modelling and segmentation.
  • The CLIMB™ Masterclass builds on these capabilities and demonstrates how analytical insights are translated into strategic decision-making and intervention logic along the CLIMB™ Framework.

The result is an advanced diagnostic competence that enables participants to identify behavioural dynamics early in complex change situations and to derive interventions that preserve direction, engagement and trust.

Flexible booking options – individual entry, structured progression

The 2026 Winter–Spring cohort offers full flexibility in how participants begin the Compact Track and enables completion of all components within a five-month period.

Participants may start this Compact Track with one of the following Fundamentals 1 dates:

  • Option 1: Fundamentals 1 on 12 – 13 June 2026

  • Option 2: Fundamentals 1 am on 10 – 11 September 2026

Participants may choose freely between the two starting points. When booking, the preferred entry date should be indicated.

The CLIMB™ Masterclass completes this cohort and will take place between 5 November 2026 and 22 January 2027.

All confirmed training dates can be found here:

Note

This Compact Track forms part of the 2026 certification cohort and leads to an advanced qualification in Predictive Behavioural Design within a coherent half-year structure. The in-person sessions of the CLIMB™ Masterclass will take place in Amsterdam. The exact venue will be announced in advance.

Application in practice – where Compact Track 1 creates impact

Compact Track 1 is particularly effective in settings where change must be understood analytically and steered behaviourally, such as transformation programmes, cultural development, digital rollouts or strategic reorganisations.

Participants learn to read human reactions to change as data phenomena, to quantify them and to translate them into actionable signals. They recognise early when change energy begins to decline, when communication density creates overload or when the first signs of change fatigue emerge.

On this basis, they can determine precisely where and how interventions need to be applied to stabilise acceptance and engagement. The competence developed in this programme strengthens analytical diagnostics across cross-functional teams and creates a shared foundation for understanding and shaping behaviour in complex change processes.

Learning outcomes – what competencies does Compact Track 1 provide?

After completing the Compact Track, participants will be able to:

Analyse and interpret behaviour using data-driven methods:

  • Conduct exploratory behavioural analyses in KNIME and build predictive models
  • Forecast change dynamics and identify resistance profiles through data-driven diagnostics
  • Identify and assess stakeholder and team segments based on behaviourally relevant data

Translate data into strategic decision-making:

  • Conduct Change Audits based on the CLIMB™ Framework
  • Use Change Scoring models to prioritise and guide interventions
  • Test, validate and scale intervention architectures strategically

Apply behavioural data responsibly:

  • Consider ethical, privacy-related and bias-sensitive aspects in predictive methodologies
  • Ensure transparency and traceability in the handling of behavioural data

Target audience – who is Compact Track 1 designed for?

  • Change managers and transformation leads who view behaviour as a strategic steering variable
  • Professionals in organisational development, HR and L&D who seek to integrate analytical tools into change contexts
  • Consultants and systemic practitioners working in change and innovation
  • Data and behavioural analysts who embed predictive models in organisational transformation
  • Strategists who wish to observe change processes through data and design behavioural impact
