Full Track 2026 | Six-Month Path | Certification as Predictive Behavioural Designer (EN)

Modular. Coherent. Strategically integrated.

The Full Certification Track 2026 brings together all three modules of the certification programme for Predictive Behavioural Designers (PBD) within a well-structured half-year sequence. The pathway is modular in design, conceptually connected and methodically coordinated. It is intended for professionals and leaders who aim to understand behaviour through data, apply predictive analysis and navigate organisational change on an evidence-based foundation.

The programme combines Behavioural Leeway’s three core trainings: Fundamentals 1 (Predictive Behavioural Analytics), Fundamentals 2 (Behavioural Design) and the CLIMB™ Masterclass. Completing all three modules provides the full qualification as a Predictive Behavioural Designer, integrating analytical rigour with behavioural design competence.

The modules build systematically on one another:

  • Fundamentals 1 establishes the methodological foundation for data-based behavioural analysis and predictive modelling.
  • Fundamentals 2 translates analytical insights into applicable design principles for behavioural change.
  • The CLIMB™ Masterclass combines both perspectives into an integrated advisory and management competence for complex transformation processes.

Flexible booking options – individual entry, a clearly structured pathway

The 2026 Summer–Autumn cohort offers full flexibility in how participants begin the certification pathway while ensuring a coherent progression through all modules within a six-month period.

Participants may start the Full Certification Track with one of two alternative entry points:

  • Option 1: Fundamentals 1 on 12 – 13 June 2026

  • Option 2: Fundamentals 1 on 10 – 11 September 2026

Fundamentals 2 for this cohort will take place on the following dates:

  • 01 – 02 October 2026 (in person in Amsterdam) and 9 October & 16 October 2026 (virtual sessions).

Participants may freely choose between the two entry options. When booking the full certification pathway, the preferred starting date should be indicated.

The CLIMB™ Masterclass completes this cohort and will run between 5 November 2026 and 22 January 2027.

Note

This Full Certification Track covers the entire 2026 certification cohort and leads to the full qualification as Predictive Behavioural Designer within a coherent half-year structure. The in-person sessions will take place in Amsterdam. The exact location will be announced in advance.

Application in practice – where Predictive Behavioural Design creates impact

The relevance of this certification becomes clear wherever change is both complex and human, for instance in digital transformation, organisational restructuring or cultural development. Participants learn to interpret behavioural dynamics with the same precision as strategic objectives and to identify early when energy declines, communication overloads or motivation begins to dwindle.

The combination of behavioural analysis, predictive models and design methodology enables participants to identify early indicators of resistance or fatigue before they surface and to develop targeted interventions that restore focus and engagement.

In cross-functional settings, such as at the intersection of HR, organisational development, communications and data analytics, the competence gained in this programme provides a shared professional framework. Behaviour becomes measurable and modelled in behavioural terms. This creates a new organisational role that connects analytical evidence with behavioural design logic: the Predictive Behavioural Designer.

Learning outcomes – what competencies does the PBD pathway provide?

The integration of all three modules creates a coherent competence profile in Predictive Behavioural Design. After completion, participants will be able to:

Analyse behaviour using data-driven methods:
  • Prepare and analyse behavioural data in a structured and exploratory way
  • Build and evaluate predictive models in KNIME such as logistic regression, decision trees or random forests
  • Identify resistance and risk patterns through data-driven diagnostics
  • Segment stakeholders according to behavioural characteristics
Model behaviour predictively and translate predictive insights into interventions:
  • Translate psychological and behavioural economic principles into evidence-based intervention frameworks
  • Apply Behavioural Journey Mapping, Behavioural Personas, Empathy Mapping, choice architectures and nudging techniques with methodological accuracy
  • Design, test and refine behavioural interventions based on predictive insights
  • Use digital tools such as Figma, Miro, UXPressia and Smaply to model and visualise adaptive change pathways
Navigate change strategically:
  • Conduct Change Audits based on the CLIMB™ Framework
  • Apply Change Scoring models to prioritise interventions
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable strategic decisions
  • Operationalise, evaluate and scale intervention architectures
  • Address bias, fairness, transparency and data protection responsibly

Target audience – who is the Full Certification Track 2026 designed for?

  • Change managers and transformation leads who view behaviour as a central driver of change
  • Executives and strategists who translate data insights into behavioural impact
  • Professionals in organisational development, HR and L&D who design evidence-based intervention architectures
  • Consultants and organisational practitioners who connect predictive analytics and behavioural design in practice
  • UX, service and experience designers who analyse and shape behaviour across organisational journeys
  • Behavioural and data analysts who integrate predictive models strategically into transformation processes
