This course reviews the features of the Symphony Plus -Harmony Rack I/O DCS, and discusses the Process Control Unit Hardware components and the role of software in implementing control strategies. Hands on exercises give attendants the opportunity to operate, install, and maintain the Harmony Rack I/O DCS.
Attendants will be able to follow all operation related to installing and commissioning the system, to understand hardware documentation and recognize, diagnose and remedy fault conditions within the Symphony system using system diagnostic tools.
Note:Â available up to S+ Engineering release 2.2 and S+ Operation release 2.1.2

Participant Profile
This training is targeted to system and application engineers, commissioning and maintenance personnel, service engineers and system integrators.
Prerequisites
Students should have a general understanding of process automation and basic knowledge of control systems. Basic knowledge of Symphony Plus system is required.
Course Type and Methods
This is an instructor led course with interactive classroom discussions and associated lab exercises. Approximately 50% of the course is hands-on lab activities.
