The CLIMB™ Masterclass integrates predictive analytics, behavioural analysis and behavioural design into a coherent approach to evidence-based change management. Building on the Foundations trainings, it provides the methodological depth required to diagnose complex transformation processes, model behavioural dynamics through data and derive actionable strategies for sustainable change.
This six-day hybrid format follows the structure of the CLIMB™ Framework and guides participants step by step through the central dimensions of behaviourally informed transformation.
Day 1: Strategic Foundations and Change Audit (In-person)
Introduction to the CLIMB™ Framework as a diagnostic and management tool. Analysis of organisational change processes, assessment of change risks and identification of strategic areas for action.
Day 2: Behavioural Science and Decision Architectures (In-person)
Deepening understanding of the psychological mechanisms underlying behavioural change. Analysis of cognitive biases, resistance patterns and decision-making dynamics. Development of choice architectures and behavioural intervention logics.
Day 3: Behavioural Journey Mapping and Resistance Analysis (Live Online)
Mapping typical behavioural patterns and acceptance dynamics across organisational journeys. Segmenting stakeholders by levels of acceptance, identifying behavioural drivers and barriers, and defining targeted points for intervention.
Day 4: Predictive Analytics in Change Management (Live Online)
Building and applying predictive models in KNIME. Using data to forecast change dynamics, evaluating model performance and discussing bias and ethical aspects of data-informed decision-making.
Day 5: Advanced Predictive Analytics and Change Scoring (Live Online)
Applying ensemble methods such as Random Forests and Gradient Boosting. Developing Change Scoring models, integrating predictive insights into management processes and assessing model quality and interpretability.
Day 6: Behavioural Prototyping, Testing and Integration (Live Online)
Translating analytical results into concrete interventions. Developing and testing behavioural prototypes, evaluating outcomes through A/B testing and consolidating all methods within the Change Audit workflow.
The CLIMB™ Masterclass combines scientific depth with strong practical relevance. In-person and online modules are closely linked, creating a clear progression from analysis and modelling to implementation.
Participants complete the programme with a comprehensive competence profile. They are able to conduct data-based Change Audits, model behavioural patterns systematically and design evidence-based strategies for lasting organisational change.
Prerequisite: Enrolment in the Masterclass requires successful completion of either Fundamentals 1 or Fundamentals 2.
Ideal for experienced change leaders, strategists and analysts who wish to analyse, model and implement data-informed transformation processes with precision and evidence-based rigour.
Details for the Advanced Training
Participants learn to connect qualitative insights with quantitative analysis, moving from behavioural diagnostics to data-driven prediction and strategic implementation. The Masterclass provides a complete workflow for managing data-informed change with professional precision.
After completing the training, participants will be able to:
