The Fundamentals 1 – Predictive Behavioural Analytics training conveys how data can be used systematically to identify, analyse and predict behavioural patterns in change processes. Across two concise training days, participants learn how Predictive Analytics is applied in Change Management, from exploratory data analysis through to modelling basic forecasts in KNIME.
