Full Certification Track 2026

Predictive Behavioural Designer

The Full Certification Track brings together all three modules of Behavioural Leeway’s Predictive Behavioural Designer certification within one coordinated training pathway. It is designed for professionals who want to combine predictive behavioural analytics, behavioural design and strategic change capability in a coherent executive-level programme.

Participants move step by step from the structured analysis of behaviour-relevant data to the design of targeted interventions and, finally, to the integrated application of the CLIMB™ Framework in complex transformation settings. Completing all three modules leads to the full qualification as a Predictive Behavioural Designer.

Training structure

The certification pathway consists of three connected trainings:

  Predictive Behavioural Analytics

Fundamentals 1  |  2 days (live-online)

Participants learn how to use behavioural data and build simple predictive models as decision support in organisational change. They generate first predictive behavioural insights to inform change-related decisions.

Details with agenda

  Behavioural Design

Fundamentals 2  |  4 days (hybrid)

Participants learn how to map behavioural journeys and decision points, analyse choice architectures, and prototype interventions to create a Behavioural Design Blueprint for testing and iteration.

Details with agenda

  CLIMB Masterclass

Advanced Training  |  6 days (hybrid)

The Masterclass integrates predictive behavioural analytics, behavioural diagnostics and intervention design into one advanced executive format for complex organisational change and transformation processes.

Details with agenda

Together, the three modules create a structured competence pathway from behavioural insight to predictive modelling and behaviourally informed change design.

What participants gain

After completing the full certification pathway, participants will be able to:

  • work with behaviour-relevant data in a structured way and generate first predictive insights in KNIME
  • build and interpret baseline models such as logistic regression, decision trees and random forests
  • identify behavioural patterns, resistance signals and risk constellations in change settings
  • segment stakeholder groups according to behavioural tendencies and likely response patterns
  • map behavioural journeys, decision points and decision environments in transformation processes
  • translate predictive and behavioural insights into targeted intervention logic
  • design, prototype and refine behaviourally specific interventions for testing and implementation
  • apply the CLIMB™ Framework to connect behavioural diagnosis, predictive analysis and strategic change design in complex organisational settings
  • address transparency, fairness, ethics and data protection responsibly in behaviour-related change work

Certificate

Participants who complete all three modules of the Full Certification Track receive the official certificate Predictive Behavioural Designer, issued by Behavioural Leeway.

The certificate documents advanced training in predictive behavioural analytics and behavioural design, as well as successful completion of the full certification pathway.

Who is it for?

The Full Certification Track is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their ability to analyse, predict and shape behaviour in organisational change, including:

  • Change managers and transformation leads
  • Professionals in organisational development, HR, People and Culture, and L&D
  • Internal and external consultants working on behaviour-dependent change
  • Behavioural and data analysts involved in transformation processes
  • Professionals working across strategy, communication, employee experience and implementation
  • Specialists who want to connect predictive analytics with behaviourally informed intervention design
