Course description RobotStudio AWPP

Course goal

Kurssin päämääränä on, että osallistuja kurssin suoritettuaan osaa luoda RobotStudiossa virtuaalisen aseman hitsausrobottisolusta.Simuloida tehtyjä ohjelmia virtuaalisessa asemassa, sekä siirtää ohjelmat oikealle robotille.

Course objectives

Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to:

• Siirtämään ohjelmia virtuaalisesta ohjauksestaoikeaan robottiin.

• Rakentaa aseman, jossa hyödynnetään ulkoisiaakseleita, kuten käsittelylaitteita.

• Liittämään hitsausjigin 3D mallin käsittelylaitteeseen

• Käyttää graafisen ohjelmoinnin työkaluja hyväksiohjelmoidakseen virtuaalisten robottien liikkeitä.

• Tuntee Arc welding power pack lisäosan valikot

• Osaa luoda Awpp lisäosassa käytettyjä hitsaus templatetteja.

• Osaa tehdä hitsausohjelmia Awpp-lisäosan avulla.

• Pystyy simuloimaan valmiin hitsausohjelman ja tekemään tarvittavia korjauksia ohjelmaan.

• Osaa lisätä SmartAc hitsaushakuja hitsausohjelmiin.

• Törmäystarkasteluiden lisääminen simulointeihin

• Build a station in RobotStudio.
• Use graphical programming to program virtual robots.
• Analyze signals in a simulation and use this to improve performance.
• Create basic 3D objects to use in simulations.
• Set up "virtual wiring" between components in a station virtual station.
• Transfer programs from a virtual controller to a real controller.
• Set up station with an external axis such as a track or positioner.
• 

Student profile

This course is targeted towards robot programmers
that want to start using RobotStudio Arc welding powerpack. You should
have completed a basic programming course for ABB Robots or have corresponding experience.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge about RAPID programming and
ABB robots. Basic PC knowledge, such as opening programs
and folders in Windows.

Course length

The course lasts for 4 days.
