Early Music Education for Children from 4 Years (without parental accompaniment)

In this course, children aged 4 and up discover the world of music independently—in a small, age-appropriate group under the guidance of experienced music educators.
Through varied musical activities, we specifically foster inner hearing, rhythmic skills, musical expression, and the joy of making music together.

Our music courses run continuously throughout the entire school year. Our unique educational concept is built on one essential principle: continuity.

Regular participation allows children to steadily develop their musical skills, gain confidence, and experience meaningful progress step by step.

What children can expect in the course

Listening and perception
Children learn to listen attentively to sounds, rhythms, dynamics, and pitches. Developing inner hearing—the ability to imagine and recall music internally—is a key focus and essential for later instrumental learning.

Singing and vocal play
Singing together is central. Through songs, rhythm chants, and vocal exercises, children develop their voices, expand their vocabulary, and strengthen their musical ear.

Rhythm and movement
Using body percussion, simple drumming, and movement games, children expand their rhythmic repertoire. They experience music with their whole bodies and develop a sense of beat, tempo, and musical structure.

Exploring instruments – Instrument carousel
Children get hands-on experience with various instruments such as drums, glockenspiels, shakers, xylophones, and even string and keyboard instruments. The “instrument carousel” introduces them to different sounds and playing techniques—an important foundation for choosing an instrument later on.

Making music together in a group
Children make music as a group, learning to listen to each other, take turns, and lead musical activities. This naturally fosters important social skills.

Parent consultations and individual guidance
Although the course is without parental attendance, we regularly involve parents through brief consultations or observation opportunities. We provide individual advice on your child’s development, share insights into the course, and support you in choosing the right instrument if further instrumental training is desired.

Especially in our Maxi Music Course, attending for the full school year is key. This consistent learning experience helps children build a strong foundation and prepares them confidently and playfully for future instrumental lessons.

A special highlight of the year is the final performance at the end of the school year, where the children proudly showcase what they have learned — a truly memorable moment for the whole family.

Siblings up to 11 months of age may participate in the same music class free of charge. From 11 months onward, they pay 50% of the course fee.

Cooperation with Happy Kids Children’s Café

Entry to the Happy Kids Café is FREE before or after the course under the following conditions:Minimum stay of 1 hour with food or drink consumption. Please check in at the counter upon arrival. A designated table for course participants is available. Entry is subject to availability of free seats
