Expert knowledge for hoisting devices with fixed speed

Training content: Legal principles and regulations for hoists in accordance with DGUV V54, IGVW SQP2 and DGUV V17 with fixed speed. Basics of machine guidelines, FEM, UVV, EN, DIN and VDE. Selection, provision, handling, service and maintenance of hoisting equipment in accordance with DGUV 54, IGVW, SQP2, DGUV V17. Loads above persons, load suspension, slings and lifting gear. Electric motor, star-delta connection. Advanced components and their selection, handling, maintenance and adjustment, basics of the annual UVV inspection for hoists according to DGUV V54/V17 with fixed speed. Expertise test on hoists including all safety-relevant components and their adjustment. Preparation of test reports and documentation in the test logbook. 

Prerequisites for participation: Specialist in event technology or 3 years of professional experience. 

Included in the price: Participation in the course. Training documents on USB stick, participation in exam, personalised certificate of participation. Hot and cold drinks, snacks, fruit and lunch on both days. All prices are subject to 19% VAT. 

Not included in the price: Travel to and from the event and accommodation. After booking this course, each participant will receive a pdf. with helpful tips on travelling, your stay, details of the course and hotel recommendations with the booking confirmation.

Each participant should bring the following items to the course: Your own work gloves and safety shoes.
