Compact Track 2 combines Behavioural Design with the CLIMB™ Masterclass to form a practice-oriented qualification pathway that links the psychological mechanisms of behaviour with data-informed decision and intervention logic.
It is designed for professionals and leaders who approach organisational change through the lens of behavioural science and who wish to understand how to derive precise levers for engagement, motivation and acceptance.
The pathway equips participants to model decision environments and behavioural contexts systematically, identify barriers and motivational patterns and develop evidence-based intervention architectures. Participants learn how principles of Behavioural Design connect with the predictive methods used in the CLIMB™ Masterclass to guide complex change processes with precision.
The result is an integrative competence that enables participants to connect the psychological, analytical and structural dimensions of change to influence behaviour strategically and support organisational learning.
This Compact Track is part of the 2026 certification cohort and provides an advanced qualification focused on Behavioural Design and the CLIMB™ methodology within a coherent four-month structure. The in-person days of Fundamentals 2 and the CLIMB™ Masterclass will take place in Amsterdam. The exact venues will be announced in advance.
Compact Track 2 is particularly effective in change contexts where behaviour needs to be addressed directly and shaped systematically, such as cultural transformation, leadership development, organisational design or process innovation.
Participants learn to use decision architectures and Behavioural Journeys as operational tools to increase the likelihood of desired behaviours. They understand how psychological drivers, contextual factors and communication structures interact and can design intervention logics that measurably influence behaviour.
The qualification sharpens awareness of change fatigue and reactance dynamics and provides methods to stabilise engagement and motivation over extended periods of transformation. In cross-functional teams, the programme creates a shared analytical language that connects psychological insight, translating behavioural insights into evidence-based intervention design.
Learning outcomes – what competencies does Compact Track 2 provide?
After completing the Compact Track, participants will be able to:
Identify and model behavioural patterns in change processes:
Operationalise behavioural interventions in an evidence-based way:
Work responsibly with behavioural data:
This Compact Track places greater emphasis on the foundations of Behavioural Design. It does not provide the full methodological introduction to KNIME. In the CLIMB™ Masterclass, KNIME is used within group exercises. A basic understanding of modelling practice is expected or can be integrated through team collaboration. The in-depth introduction to Predictive Analytics and KNIME is provided in Fundamentals 1.
