Parent-child theater workshop
A Day Full of Movement, Creativity, and Connection
This full-day workshop invites parents and children (one parent and one child) to enjoy meaningful time together through improvisation-based theatre games. In a playful and mindful atmosphere, families explore movement, imagination, expression, and shared joy — gently stepping out of everyday routines and into real connection.
At the heart of the workshop is shared experience: parents and children meet beyond their usual roles, switch perspectives, lead and follow, respond to one another, and discover new ways of being together. The focus is not on performance, but on presence, play, and connection.
The morning is lively and energising, filled with improvisation games, movement, and short scenes inspired by everyday life and imagination.
From 12:00–13:00, we enjoy a shared lunch break at the Erlenmoos Restaurant (individual orders). Children are welcome to move, play, and recharge on the playground.
The afternoon offers a calmer, more open space with creative play, movement, group exercises, and time to integrate the experiences of the day — supporting expression, ease, and togetherness.
Who can join
All children from 1st grade (approx. ages 7–10) are warmly welcome, together with one parent.
The workshop is (neuro)inclusive, creating a supportive space for diverse needs, experiences, and ways of expression.
Languages
The workshop is held in English and German. Families are welcome to use their home language during exercises — whatever feels most natural and supportive.
No previous experience is required. All activities are designed so that both adults and children can participate at their own pace and level.
